Irish music with the Tokyo Craic

This was recorded on May 29th at The Clann in Jiyuugaoka:http://www.clann-irishpub.com /. This little group of people meets up a couple of times a month. There's usually a fiddle player (Corinne), but she couldn't make it this time. And there's a mandolin player (Paul) who's missing, too. Oh, and I think I'm beginning to get the hang of this Handycam thing! For more musical stuff, check out my Music blog!

It looks like everyone was having a great time and they are actually pretty darn good - thanks for sharing the footage!

A great craic :-)

I've just come back from a weekend in Dorset at an English folk festival called Roger's Rant. The best bit was the band workshop and then the ceilidh performance in the evening.

I wonder what the Japanese make of Irish folk music :-)
